A wonderful Set of Six Silver Kings Pattern Soup Spoons, Mappin & Webb, Sheffield 1912.

Each with shell back bowl, crested and bearing the motto "Nec Placida Contenta Quiete Est" (Nor is Content with Quiet Repose).

Clearly hallmarked for London 1912 by Mappin and Webb.

These spoons are in excellent condition with very little sign of use. Very good definition to the raised decoration and the motto and crest are very attractive.

A beautiful addition to any table.
