Very fine set of three matching Georgian silver table candlesticks of spiral fluted form with tapered and beaded decoration to both base and knop. Urn shaped capitals with conforming decorations.
Two of the sticks are marked Sheffield 1789 by John Parsons & Co and the other 1781 by John Winter & Co.
These are exceptionally attractive tall sticks which are all identical, the only difference being the hallmarks. All of them are in excellent condition with no signs of any damage or repair apart from very minor signs of use. All the bases are covered with green baize and they all stand well on a flat surface.
