A Pair of William IV Silver Entree or Serving Dishes Birmingham 1836

A very good quality pair of William IV silver serving dishes of lobed oval form. Decorated to the top and rims with shell and wave patterns. The twist off handles with oak leaf and acorn decoration. 
 
Both marked for Birmingham 1836 by Samuel Keeley. Both handles also marked to the underside. Each dish is numbered 1 and 2.
 
These are large size dishes of good robust gauge silver with no signs of damage or repairs. The handles are a good tight fit and both lids fit well. A wonderful pair.
